“十四五”时期，浙江省农机化工作成效显著，发展水平跨步跃升，“补短强链”成效斐然，智慧农业引领全国，社会化服务组网覆盖，安全保障扎实有力；2025年农机数字化工作展现新作为、迈上新台阶：一体化试点靶向发力、成果初显，农机改革纵深推进、多点突围，浙产农机扬帆出海、量质齐升，水稻机插全面破局、创造佳绩，政策体系优化升级、保障有力，智慧农业持续领跑、捷报频传。确立“十五五”时期全省农机化与数字化工作的总体思路，做好重点工作：聚焦粮食安全，持续提升机械化稳粮增产能力；聚焦主导产业，持续提升机械化设施化水平；聚焦数实融合，持续提升数字化智能化水平。2026年聚焦聚力，抓好深化农机补短板行动、进一步规范购机补贴政策实施、更大力度打好水稻机插“翻身仗”、加力提升特色产业设施化水平等10项重点工作。

During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period, Zhejiang Province has achieved remarkable results in agricultural mechanization with a leapfrog improvement in its development level. The efforts to “shore up weaknesses and strengthen chains” have yielded remarkable results, leading the nation in smart agriculture.Socialized service networks have been fully established and are well-covered, with solid and effective safety guarantees. In 2025, agricultural machinery digitalization work demonstrated new actions and reached a new level: integrated pilot projects targeted development with initial results achieved; agricultural machinery reform has been advanced in depth with multiple breakthroughs; Zhejiang-produced agricultural machinery has sailed to global markets with both quantity and quality improved; rice machine transplanting has achieved an all-round breakthrough with excellent results; the policy system has been optimized and upgraded with strong guarantees; smart agriculture continues to lead with frequent good news. The overall thinking for provincial agricultural mechanization and digitalization work during the 15 th Five-Year Plan period is established, with key tasks as follows: focus on food security, continuously enhance the capacity of mechanization to stabilize grain production and increase yields; focus on leading industries, continuously improve the level of mechanization and facility agriculture; focus on digital-real integration, continuously enhance the level of digitalization and intelligence. In 2026, we will concentrate efforts on 10 key tasks, including deepening the agricultural machinery weakness-shoring action, further standardizing the implementation of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policies, making greater efforts to win the battle of rice mechanical transplanting,and further improving the level of facility agriculture for characteristic industries.
